Abstract

The different definitions of industry put forward by various parties are very likely due to the different interests and or understandings of these parties. The party conducting industrial activity is an industrial company that aims to gain profit by winning the competition in the industry which is the complexity of the activity, the institution that carries out the activity, the result of the activity. The identification of the research problems are; how to win the competition in the industry using the six competitive forces in the industry? This research is a qualitative research which has the characteristics; scientific research, humans as research instruments, data analysis inductively, and descriptively. Describe systematically, factually, and accurately various facts related to everything that is being investigated. The results of this study are; To win the competition, measurements can be made using a subjective perspective on the six competitive forces in the industry through a tool in the form of an AND gate truth table with a comparison technique between the measured company and the comparison company.
